Key Lime Pie

Fab cafe/farm shop near me. Has so many cook books to browse whilst enjoy decent coffee...spotted this recipe and couldn't resist using a photo to copy the recipe!
Recipes are not the same unless accompanied by a photo.
Will try this Key Lime Pie in the spring..
