Tri-colored heron at Lake Lochloosa...

Went up to Lake Lochloosa early this morning and it was very windy and chilly. This is a beautiful lake and I was able to capture a ton of birds. Egrets, red shouldered hawks, wrens, a ton of eagle pictures, several species of ducks, and one of the most beautiful birds up there, the tri-colored heron. Here he is in all of his glory!
