Notes: Another foggy chilly morning - went for a walk and then headed to a 20 min hot tub. Back and made lighter Sun breakfast (been a long time since bacon!) and watched CBS Sun morning show. Used Vitamix for fresh  orange/mango juice.  Hadn't slept well so napped for ~ 2hrs.
