Exercise

It's the start of a new week and one to really look forward to as it is lovely and cool! Maybe too cool for some.

I'd arranged to have a walk with friend Diane and figured the "new" open beach with free parking and gym equipment might be a good place to start. We both had a go at the rowing, ski and weights but it was the striding walking machine that really made us laugh.

We moved on to the new beach that I took G to a few months ago. It is completed now and has several manned lifeguard posts, but no-one was enjoying the facility. I should at this point say, we had really blustery winds!

Diane and I had a coffee at Costa and she helped me put my thoughts together for a report I need to write for work. We then picked G up and came home for the rest of the day. I had my report to do and she had her two students to teach. It's been a better start to the week than most Sundays. :)
