Castle Coch

Having a few hours free, we drove to Cowbridge town cente in The Vale of Glamorgan for no good reason than we haven't been there for a while. It was very quiet.

On the way home I spied some rare blue sky and grabbed a photograph to prove it, with Castle Coch on the hillside overlooking Cardiff as we drove along the A470.

We stopped off to buy some cookery ingredients and Mrs BB cooked me a Gin & Tonic cake (here) inspired by seeing Larchlea's extra blip yesterday!  Mrs BB's has risen well. To be tasted when it cools.
