Practice.

I have a number of times tried focus stacking.   Generally they haven't been too pleased with them.   Often I haven't used them and fallen back on a "normal" close up.

Today I decided to have some more practice.   This one was my third  attempt and I am reasonably pleased with it.  For those who might be interested it is the stigmas and emerging anthers in the centre a Hellebore.  The same Hellebore which Clickychick blipped on 24th January    It is Helleborus x grandiflorus Picotee.
