Vega tuna...

And delicious it was too. So much flavour and many textures. A Veganuary special in Wagamama Edinburgh.
The day started slightly dodgy with my train from Manchester being cancelled but the 2 hour delay let me fo a little geocaching before I left and the delay pay will refund my fare. So really a good result.
Just been to a really good geocache meet-up.
A good day all round.
