Denver and its relentless urban sprawl

Looking Northwest toward Downtown Denver over the cities of Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Englewood and finally Denver itself from Bluffs Regional Park in Dougals County.

A large part of this picture woudl have been rangeland just thirty years ago.  Since then the population  of Coloradohas gone from 3 million to almost 6 million.
