Winter shows its face!

Having visited Mum-in-Law and found her more comfy and restful, and a little more orientated (and even giving some smiles) we decided to head for home for at least a couple of days. So we're now back in Newcastle (in time for camera club tonight).

There was a skittering of snow in Macclesfield this morning, and as we drove over the hills from there to Whaley Bridge we had a treat of some lovely snowy scenery. I was going to blip a sunny scene but we decided we liked this one better for its simplicity. I bet the sheep were glad of their warm woollen coats!
