A pale sunrise

Helmet collating (parish magazine) this morning.  KG came along to help as some of the team suffered injuries.  After we went to the Mall to have our free coffee and cake - I had my usual cheese scone and KG Had the Devon Cake.  He said it was very nice.  Quick look around JL's sewing department and found some elephant fabric I was looking for.  KG managed to find a pair of cords half price.  On to the cinema to see 1917.  Quite disappointing but did highlight the fitility of war.
My blip today is of the early sunrise but very pale but I had a feeling I would not have chance to get another today  -  nice morning and then the temperature dropped and a heavy rain shower and they it cleared up again.
