More Medical Matters

Did I mention my cough?  I've had a bad cough for about five weeks, there was a lull sometime back but then it came back with a vengeance.  Lately it has been joined by a very noisy chest, wheezing loud enough to keep me awake at night and can be heard by people standing close by.

I had a cardiac out-patients appointment today.  This turned out to be in regard to the new 'super drug' which I'm still not on, being interrupted by my hospital stay.  Her advice regarding my cough and wheezing was to contact my GP. A bit surprising as I was at Warwick Hospital surrounded by heart and lung experts!

So I made an emergency appointment with our GPs and was seen by two doctors who decided on a course of treatment.  The pills shown are part of that treatment. They also made an appointment for me on Friday to follow up.
