chocolate pecan and cranberry

I layed in bed last night thinking up creative ways to photograph these cookies, tying them on string and swinging them from the ceiling fan and taking them in black and white. haha. I thought that would be funny,( and messy.) Then I thought I might lay them out all along my counter top... but I decided the best way to view these is with a small glass of soy milk. :o)

These cookies are chocolate chip pecan with cranberries. (of course gluten free. )They have the satisfying texture of an oatmeal cookie, with a nice chewiness from the cranberries. I would say these are pretty good for gluten free. .. but still not it. maybe tomorrow.
