Hard to handle

I think it will be difficult to operate these valves for some time...
Seen in the coolingwateroutlet of unit EC 20.
This part of the system is used as a short cirquit for the cooling of the gasturbine.
But: there are some leaks and this is to visualisize that.

The wind is blowing quite hard, making the windchill about minus 17° C.

Better in LARGE...
