Walking on water

Went out for sunrise - there wasn't one! It was atmospheric in more ways than one, with clouds, and occasional spots of dampness, but it was a lovely walk, lots of wildlife - which was very difficult to photograph in the terrible light but interesting to see.

On the way home I called in at Kaiapoi Lakes, and found this little coot walking on the lily pads.

The extras are an ICM of the water/clouds, and 2 turnstones.
