Britannia Rules the Sky

The former building of the Perth Academy still stands in Rose Terrace overlooking the North Inch. On the roof is a rather superb statue of Britannia and her lion.

After a losing curling match this morning I had rather a lazy day. Mrs. T was off on a shopping trip so I was able to lounge around watching the football and rugby from the sofa.

Waited until dusk to head out with Breagha and the camera to get some sunset shots around Perth.

I had considered this shot of Rush Hour at the top of the High Street, but decided that Britannia just shaded it.
