Taking the rough with the smooth...

This rough old barn is by the roadside. How it survives the gales I never know! I wanted a shot of the row of shiny, smooth icicles hanging from it and took a few close ups but this general view is the one that attracted me. The Copper Beech branch at 400 asa has taken on a lovely 'noisy' colour and I'd never noticed the stanchions were painted red and/or orange at one time. I quite like this one!
