Is it the wind tunnel?

I went for a cycle today. It is the first time I have been out on my bike in ages, I can't even say how long it has been because I am kind of in denial. I didn't go far, probably only 10 miles and all pretty flat but I can certainly feel it. Anyhow we cycled through the airfield site and I *think* this is the wind tunnel. I know there was a lot of fuss about the wind tunnel and the fact that it had to be saved when the new plans for the site were being approved. I have heard quite a bit about the wind tunnel in my life as I know a few friends Dads that worked for the Royal Aircraft Establishment, one of them managed the experiments in the wind tunnel and he has reminisced a fair few times about it. So if this is it at long last I've seen it. I'll have to find out for sure; odd there isn't sign to say what it is.
