Shadows

The sun shone this morning and I loved the orchid's shadows on the wall. I feel fine today.....thank you for your concern .....I can't see any bruises nor have stiffness after my fall yesterday. I'm even doing more at pilates, able to stand on my right leg comfortably. Am so glad its January 31 tomorrow it seems to have been the longest month ever!
