Prickend Pond, Chislehurst, Kent

Another view of the trees by the same pond as yesterday; I went back this morning to take some duck shots but every time I crouched down I had loads of them swimming towards me in anticipation of food so I felt really guilty that I didn't have anything. Plus there are just too many of them all in the small unfrozen section, but none look thin and they were all diving down so there obviously is food for them. It was a bad plan to put the 105mm prime on the other lens would have got me the duck shots I wanted :(
The tree in the foreground used to be a beautiful large tree till they chopped it probably for health & safety
