g-force

A force acting on a body as a result of acceleration or gravity, informally described in units of acceleration equal to one g.  For example, a 12 pounds object undergoing a g-force of 2g experiences 24 pounds of force .........


Mr H is experiencing only concentration and excitement as he pulls loops and barrel rolls over the Long Mynd, in the comfort of the Club's state of the art glider simulator!!  

Lots of Junior Glider Pilots from all over the country will be descending on the Gliding Club this weekend for the thrill of being at one of the best soaring sites for much good gliding (weather permitting), good food and plenty of fun and frolics ...... no doubt!!
