For those old enough to remember the Thunderbirds. International Rescues' radio code "F-A-B", meaning "message received and understood", didn't stand for anything, it was just supposed to sound "hip". In fact, when asked what it stood for, Gerry Anderson once replied, with some bemusement, "Fab," as though it were obvious.

Had a Fab day going around 5 government agencies. They were all very efficient and I now have all the documents ready for final submission on Sunday morning (just Calum’s medical results to collect tomorrow)


Karen and I then went to try out the new Abu Dhabi chippy in the evening
