After Breakfast.....

...... we sit and draw, whilst watching a bit of Peter Rabbit.

But only for a little while as we had to get ready for Mia's first dance lesson.

She's been wanting to go for ages.  But of course, wanting to do it and then being in a class is quite a different matter.

Isabella is now at Kindergarten, so Mia wasn't quite so sure of herself.

It took her a little while to get into it, but once a few toys came out to help them do certain exercises, well, that was much more fun.

Soon she was off, joining in and pushing my hand away, happy to do it on her own.  I could then step back and watch her.

She learnt pretty quickly too.  Jumping with both feet together into a hula hoop, and then jumping out again, with feet apart.  Sounds simple, you'd be surprised how many children can't do it,

I'm sure next week she'll join in a lot quicker.

And she was really proud to get her first sticker, a pretty pink unicorn.
