Italian cavolo nero

Tom Kerridge's excellent idea to make cavolo nero (Tuscan Kale) into a pesto! Utterly delicious! He calls it cabbage on steroids.
I like that we sell it in the supermarket by its Italian name. You can force the girl out of the EU but not the EU out of the girl. Tomorrow will be a very sad day for me and my Italian household but we remain European in every fibre of our beings ALWAYS ❤️.
