A sumptuous snack!

Very mild (13C) and although the underfoot conditions were very wet and mucky the rain stayed away for most of the day .... great conditions for a walk in Pollok Park.

The main road in from Pollokshaws Road is not accessible at present as there is mega work going on to install new water pipes to Pollok House. Fortunately there is another road entry from Haggs Road past the golf club and the riding stables.

Plenty of green shoots appearing, small ones will be crocuses and the larger clumps will soon be swathes of daffodils.

Until then I have to satisfy myself with a small group of the Highland Cattle who call Pollok Park home.
