Meals On Wheels

I arrived in Grand Rapids last evening and have had a mostly relaxing day today catching up with my cousins and I even had a brief walk around the snowy neighbourhood.

My cousin Jerry is retired and he is making a little extra money driving for Uber Eats. I told him I wanted to drive along with him to see how it all works so that’s what we did this afternoon and evening. Just 3 hours between 4-7. He got eight pickups/deliveries and we found ourselves all over town. Several times he got a pickup request just as he was about to deliver the last one, so things moved very quickly. It was fun! This is a view of one of the streets downtown. There wasn’t time for anything but a quick shot!
