COOKED

Was supposed to work today, but I stayed home & out to buy lemons & sugar - marmalade stuff.

Decided to experiment with my new pressure cooker - gave them 10 lbs psi for 30 minutes - they seem to have survived just right? Previously I simmered them for two & a half hours - laziness rules OK?

Tomorrow will reveal all!

PS - would anyone buy these extra pink tomatoes - & if so why?
