A Never Event

I love this medical expression that refers to things that should just never happen. This is a work related one from me. In 30+ years in distribution and related trades I have never seen a trailer go tit-up like this. It may be hard to see but it should not be possible - there are safety measures and procedures that make it impossible …..but there it is. It's blocking other trucks from delivering and holding up a bunch of workers waiting to send the good on. This, however, is an accident - that a majority of people would actually vote for a Never Event will boggle my mind to the day I die.
