The magazine I get from the eye clinic for  Age Related Macular Degeneration. This month's  question is, " Does tolerance and resilience improve with age ? " It depends what I am expected to put up with. I am tolerant with the grandchildren  spreading their toys all over the place and will happily clean  up  any spills, but  when  a bus doesn't turn up on time and makes me late for an appointment I seethe inside.The article says that positive emotions increase with age.
