Nostalgia in the air. The city of Kuopio has changed since the 1930s, when the films shown today were shot. Men lose their hair and Kuopio loses its charm as it tries to compete with bigger Finnish cities.

I have no memories of the wooden houses now gone, but I smile as the Kuvakukko seats get uncomfortable and make me stretch my legs. Love that place, no matter how outdated it is.
