City Hall Improvements

Imagine our surprise as we arrived at City Hall to pay property taxes and found a completely remodeled facility. Gone is the outside seating (in the boiling sunshine) and outside payment windows, replaced by a sparklingly new, indoor, air-conditioned room with ample (comfortable) chairs and a functioning numerical appointment system. Such a difference from preceding years.
