In life: Our little Riddle hurt his neck a few days ago. He's almost 15, so getting around is a little rough anyway. He's got a slipped disc and his neck has bothered him for years, but lately it's been worse. He fell off the couch last week, but he only started complaining yesterday.

It's so sad. He cries and whines. He's been waking us up in the middle of the night because he's been screaming. It makes me feel so bad. I took him to the vet today and got more medication. Jill says this sometimes happens and we just have to medicate and wait.

In other news: The Senate rejected allowing witnesses in Trump's impeachment trial. What a sham. Democracy, huh? Also, Brexit officially began. Democracy, huh?
