Parkrun 100

I was meant to be hillwalking a 6 hour drive away but weather forecast was poor so decided to leave for another day.

That gave me the chance to meet my sister for her 100th parkrun at our local event.

Very proud of her as she has done nothing for herself for years but since finding parkrun she runs every week. Even giving up her Friday night Prosecco.

L was away to gymnastics from 10-4 so I got the kitchen finished with 2 coats of paint and will look at the glossing tomorrow.
