Parkrunners

It was a tad windy at parkrun this morning so at 7.45am we were doing a quick recce of the course to check there were no tree issues.  Thankfully, there weren't, so the run could go ahead.  We had 187 runners of all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities today.  I was marshalling at the 'fork in the path' where I had a good view of the runners coming towards me and also of them passing below on the meadow, which is how I came to blip this runner and his dog.
