Fussy Eaters
In comparison with the past two years, we have seen far fewer birds in the garden despite two additional new feeders. We think this is either because we bought much cheaper food for them this winter or because there has been little or no snow and they have been able to find other sources of food.
However, suddenly today, it seemed the word was out that we had grub on offer and half a dozen wee daft birds as well as the blackbirds, a robin, Mr & Mrs Bigfat Pigeon and a crow all flew in and around for a couple of hours. Where is Woody? That's the question. Is he waiting for RSPB Garden Watch to make his celebrity appearance?
