Work and play

A trip down to St Albans this morning to see some customers. It was very worthwhile me going along as I got to see one customer who we've work for many times over the last 20 years and to put a face to the name. Then we called in at the garden centre for a bite to eat and a browse. They are well known in the area and didn't disappoint. Although... their primroses, which say all home grown, if you read their info board, are actually "purchased as plugs from specialist nurseries". So not home grown then.
Anyway, I'm not a fan of primroses actually, but we did buy two lovely hellebores and some other shrubs. So overall a lovely day.
