Watershed Moment!

Watershed Wines, Margaret River, to be precise! It's a beautiful setting to make beautiful wines! It's hard to imagine how such silky smooth wine can be produced from these vast expanses of vines.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable time sampling their wines on our wine tasting tour. It got off to a very good start when the "expert" advised us not to sip but to swallow big mouthfuls to really savour the flavour! We were more than happy to take his advice!!
