Jambalaya for Lunch

Since the wife had to work today, I need to throw something together for the grandkids. I found this. I normally put more meat, such as turkey sausage, chicken & shrimp, along with green, yellow & orange peppers. But I only had the turkey sausage, half of green pepper and a small onion. The kids will enoy it!
