A tree creates dereliction

See this tree, having taken root on the wall of a building. It's a Port Jackson fig, quite fast growing and they get as wide as they get tall. Note the roots, as they head downwards. They are aiming for the ground, after which the tree will really take off.

In the meantime, note how the tree and its roots are cracking off the render on the building. Note the dereliction of a building that is not having an eye kept on it. Except for a Blipper's eye.
