A work trip to dublin

Flew from Bham to Dublin today to sit on a science panel assessing translational proposals - will be here until Tuesday. Been to Dublin a few times but always due to work so I’ve never got to do the tourist thing. Got the bus from the airport and then a short walk to the hotel. Started to feel a bit feverish on the bus I really hope I’m not going down with anything the next two days are going to be intense. Amazing set of people on the panel though, not met any of them before, will do so for the first time at the meal this evening
