Happy Groundhog Day

Let’s get an extended weather forecast from
a jittery, inconsistent reddish brown rodent. Balzac Billy predicts an early spring as he did not see his shadow due to an overnight snowfall.

This is actually a marmot I saw in Chase, British Columbia so he is probably offended to be mistaken for a groundhog from Balzac. They are in the same family of rodents though!
