....  It's usually quiet here in January but I'm too that the Coronavirus has seen the tourist business down by 80%;  there are restrictions for travellers from China but it seems that even without those, people are choosing to stay home.  I've never realised how many Chinese visitors we see in Thailand but it's obviously a huge part of the tourist economy.  Hotels, restaurants and shopping malls are all noticeably quiet.

I see that snow is forecast at home within the next week - just about the time we'll arrive back home. :-(. Many thanks for the response to yesterday's blip,  it's very much appreciated.
