flotsam, moth, & neolithic axe head

the flotsam was found yesterday by the Radish and his walking companion.  the moth has been lurking in a porcelain bowl for a year or so, and the axe head has been on a windowsill for some time - i forget the provenance now, but it gives me great pleasure to see it every day.  

cooking:  something to add to last nights leftovers - roasted butternut squash with garlic, tomatoes and thyme.
