Our friend Nicola Mary has been busy creating and launching a business. If you knew her you would know what an amazing woman she is. Single-handedly bringing up 3 amazing boys (at least one of which is on your telly box), running pubs, having a great career and is an altogether splendid person.

A long time vegetarian and recently qualified fitness and wellbeing consultant, she has created a range of products which promise to help in all sorts of ways. They are vegan, plastic free and generally the sort of thing we should all be using.

Being a lovely sort, she sent us some samples. So here we have shower gel, body scrub and a shower bomb thing. Full of essential oils they smell amazingly good. I might have to eat them.

Will report back tomorrow when I have used (or eaten) them.
