Sunday

We had a nice sociable day.  After lunch we met Maureen and Ian at The Farm for a coffee and a chat.  We managed to get the comfortable seats by the wood burner! After the drink we had a quick look around the shop then went to see the chickens, pigs and goats kept on the farm.  We were assured the goats were not for eating, unlike the unfortunate piglets. This is Ann and the keeper making a fuss of one of the goats.

Later we went out for a meal at All Bar One in Stratford.   Being a Sunday evening it was quite a bit quieter than the last time, a Saturday evening.  We had two lovely meals off the vegan menu, Plant Based Lasagne and a Nutroast. I washed mine down with a very nice glass of Merlot, they say red wine is good for the heart.  Whilst we were there Rachel and Tom came in. We had a good evening.
