Double Take - 02022020

I thought I had the perfect opportunity to get the doe perfectly framed, but when I dropped down to adjust the angle to make it happen, Mr Handsome followed my movement with his head.  Funny.  Another take in extras...Mrs took the 'spot'.

It was a beautiful morning with gently falling snow. As you can likely tell, the buck is quite soaked as it changed to rain when I finally made it out. It was so worth it though.  When walking through the slush and rain, I just had to laugh  :)

Today was Groundhog day and my guess is that that little rodent likely saw its shadow.  Six more weeks of winter....but who knows?
