Rhymes with slow

Sourdough.
A lovely ex blipper sent me this recipe about two years ago. It’s made from a sourdough starter which is wild yeast ( made over 7 days) You have to keep feeding your starter ( I put mine in the fridge and feed every week) it’s made from just 2 ingredients - flour and water. I add fennel and caraway seeds, or chia and aniseed. Although it takes about 24 hours to make, the actual prep time is about 15 mins. The rest is waiting for the dough to rise.
