Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park

I can’t believe it’s nearly 8 years since London 2012. The Olympic park and it’s surroundings continue to be developed. My photo today is part of the hoarding that is hiding the building work that is ongoing at the International Quarter and also at East Bank. A new culture and education district is planned here. Sadler’s Wells East are opening a theatre, UAL London College of Fashion are moving in and there will be a V&A East to name just a few. Should be finished in 2023.
