Where is the snowman?

Visited my father today, and my eye was caught by the snow in the back garden. In years gone by (quite a few years actually) my sister and I would have been out there building a snowman, but for now I'll just have to invent an imaginary one.

The tall building in the back of the photo is Portobello High School, which was built about fifty years ago, not long after we moved into the house. Lots of our family photos taken when my sister and I were young show cranes in the background, and a steady increase in the number of storeys in the building. Now it has passed its sell by date and is scheduled for demolition, to be replaced with a new school on a nearby site.
