I have been to counciling today ~~~
I did not sleep much last night as my head was thumping I could hear the blood pumping I suppose I should be reassured that it is beating~~~~ my heart jumping around as if I’ve got a hamster under my skin.
So I went today for assessment. And she considers I need specialist help and is referring me but it will take about 3 months. Well I have coped with this for fifty odd years a few months won’t hurt.
When I came home I was absolutely shattered and went to bed that was about 12pm got up around 3 pm. Still tired but can’t stay in bed.
