More Fairy Lights

The church we stayed in at Firestarters had loads of fairy lights in it. See yesterday's blip for a muddled explanation of Firestarters, otherwise this blip won't really make sense.

As part of Firestarters, we all went to the morning service of the church we had been staying in. My cuddly friend turned up again, which was lovely (she had gone home the night before, because she lives really near the church). Then we all had a 'debreif', then we all went home. My kind parents came to pick me up. Oh, and we had lunch somewhere in there. The church happened to be having a meal together that Sunday, but we youth weren't allowed any because there were too many of us. The leaders did though! We only got pathetic little sandwiches! But me and a few others of the 'youth' did get some of the leftovers.

Another thing.... interesting for me to write down, but probably not for you to read. We have some friends who we know because they come and preach at our church sometimes. They go to the church that Firestarters was staying in this weekend, but the friends had picked this weekend to go preach at our church! So we went to each others' churches, and didn't get to see each other, which was a shame.

It's been a really tiring, but really great weekend. Sorry today's blip probably doesn't make much sense either.
